Hi, I'm Mary Catherine

I am on a mission to help you on your journey to true wellness in Mind, Body, and Spirit. I have been on this path myself over the last 30+ years and know the every day challenges that so easily can take a toll on our health, vitality, and ultimately, our happiness.

I have owned a successful wellness business for 15 years, and spent years on a personal journey to know myself and every step and part of the journey has ​led me to where I am now.

Having experienced life shifts for myself, I understand that it takes commitment, thinking outside the norm, patience, trust, compassion for the self and following the inner nudges of the mind, body and spirit to reach a space of complete wellness.

What is Energy Healing?

 EVERYTHING in existence vibrates at a certain frequency. This is something most of us learned in basic science class. When your body's cells (made of energy) are vibrating at a lower frequency, they're not functioning optimally. They are in chaos, & illness manifests physically, mentally, and emotionally. 


Your body has over ten thousand trillion cells that are communicating electrically & energetically every second of the day. When these cells are vibrating slowly, they become congested or blocked & do not move or communicate freely as they were designed to do.


In 2005, more than 50 top medical hospitals & clinics across the nation were offering energy work to their patients.  Since then, many medical establishments have begun to offer these options!


Have you ever noticed the comforting feeling you get when you kiss or touch your child's forehead? Or when you hold someone's hand? Or when you hug someone? High frequencies of energy are being shared, & subtle emotional balancing takes place. Every day people unknowingly take part in using energy. There is no limit of time or distance when it comes to energy. It is shared by everyone - and everything - every second of the day.


The most gentle and non-invasive way to accomplish emotional and body balance is through the release of energy. Eastern medicine has implemented these techniques for centuries & still use these methods today!


Conventional therapy requires re-living details of past traumas over & over. Energy balancing doesn't need to do this, because your cells have memory, and your subconscious already knows the details.


Energy work is a simple way of finding the root issue & getting rid of unneeded clutter that is preventing your body from balance OR moving forward & progressing in your life's purpose... Once the lower vibrating / blocked energies are released, your cells then match the higher vibrating frequencies in your energy systems allowing your mind & body to function optimally.


Think of a computer... When it's overloaded with old software that's congesting the system, it eventually malfunctions. In energy work, we're getting rid of (uninstalling) old software. Then we're integrating (installing)new software, so that your "system" can begin functioning properly.


How do You Release Negative Energy / Emotions?

We heal in layers. As subconscious belief patterns & flaws in the energetic DNA are located & brought to the conscious level, they are ready to be released. Simple breathing techniques, and visualizations allow for release of the blocked energy. Then your energy is balanced, & we replace the newly opened space with high vibrational Light, Love, & New Positive Subconscious Beliefs that are in your highest good.


What is Generational / Ancestral Balancing?

Just as we inherit physical traits from our ancestors' physical DNA, we also carry some of their emotional DNA. Often times issues like depression, addictions, financial difficulties, & diseases/disorders run in families.


Do you ever think, "Why does that trigger me so much?" (Don't worry... It's not even yours. You inherited it generationally. You can get rid of it!)

Our cells have memory. That memory is passed down through our DNA & can sometimes manifest itself in emotional and physical ways. When these issues are addressed, they can be released, and you feel great peace knowing that you took part in breaking the chain, so that it cannot be passed down any further. The flawed thread of DNA is pulled from your family line permanently. By clearing out these blocks of energy, you are helping many of your relatives who may suffer because of that flaw. This fascinating study of science is called Biogenetic Decoding.


Our genetic code cannot be changed. It makes us who we are. BUT in the past couple of decades, scientists have discovered what is called epi-genetics. Our genes have an outer layer called the epi-genome. They "tell" your genes to switch on or off. Factors like diet, prenatal nutrition, stress/trauma, & environmental toxins make a literal imprint on genes that are passed from one generation to the next.


With the help of emotional release, we no longer need to be a slave to our genes. We can literally take part in changing the outcome of generations. What a beautiful gift!

Are You Spiritually Healthy?

Well-Being as follows:

Spiritual well-being comprises your living relationship with Creator God, yourself, your community and your environment.

​As you already know, all human beings have a body, emotions, a mentality, and a soul. Each are integral to your whole life experience as a human being. As a spiritual energy being with a physical body, how are you nurturing your own spiritual energy? Is it healthy? Did you even know you had spiritual energy?

While spiritual energy is different from physical energy, it's inherent in all life forms in the Universe and readily available and accessible at all times. Some people are able to connect with it easier than others. A huge part of embracing your spiritual nature is nurturing your spiritual energy. Don't know what to do?

Here are three things you can start doing today to strengthen your own spiritual health and well-being.

1. Start eating and drinking at least one thing everyday that supports the health of your body. Eat an apple. Drink an extra glass of water. Eat a piece of celery. Drink a cup of herbal tea. Taking good care of your body supports your connection to the spiritual energy life force of the universe. The Creator created all life on this planet, so honoring your life honors the Creator.

2. Say a prayer of gratitude for your life. Don't know how to pray? Then simply say, "thank you" out loud. Whenever you're speaking from your heart and soul, you're saying a prayer. You can say anything. You can pray for anything. All prayers are heard and answered.

3. Walk outside. If you can't walk, then take the time to look outside at the sky, at a tree, at flowers, a plant. Walking clears and harmonizes your spiritual energy field. Looking at plants and trees and the natural elements of Earth connects you with Earth energy and its beauty which simultaneously connects you with the Universal Life Force of everything that exists.

It doesn't take much to honor your sacredness and your spirituality. Being conscious of your spiritual health and wellness to taking the time to nurture it is sure to support living a more inspired, joy-filled and healthier life. We are all spiritual energy beings gifted with a form to have an experience of humanness. 

10 Ways to Increase Your Vitality


When our energetic vitality is high we are generally more healthy, balanced, energetic and have higher levels of wellbeing. It keeps us on the right path and helps strengthen our intuition. Put simply, without high energetic vitality our lives become more challenging, confusing and draining. In addition to this, we become unable to be there fully for others and we may start to lose our connection with the world around us. This is why it is so important to increase your vitality. 


Raising and maintaining a high level of energetic vitality is extremely important. It must be guarded at all costs and anything that may reduce it should be avoided. So how can you ensure that you focus on raising your energetic vitality on a daily basis?  Avoid anything that breaks you down and embrace things that build you up.


Here are 10 ways you can increase your vitality right now:

1. Only put high vibration things into your body.

What you put in you get out. So focus on eating whole foods and avoid lower density foods such as processed and starchy foods. Try and reduce dairy products and red meats. Listen to your body as it will tell you what is right for you. This is a key part in increasing your vitality.

Cellular Memory –

How do my thoughts affect my body?


The human body was designed to ‘register’ each persons life experience in its flesh, in each and every cell. These experiences that are retained in the body become ‘cellular memory’ and influence our future actions and reactions. Cellular memory allows us to recall events that we would otherwise have forgotten in our long-term memory – our emotional history is recorded in our cells and it remains there until we release the associated emotional experience. The more emotional an experience is for us, the more likely we are to recall it because we become ’emotionally attached’ to that event. These emotionally-charged events are particularly powerful in affecting the body’s physical shape and functioning.

When persistent feelings become part of our cellular memory, they are ‘locked’ or stored in the body’s tissue. This is what causes physical pain when we put pressure on body tissue that contains these ‘memories’.

Thoughts that feel good are registered by the body and regenerate the cells with vitality and allow life force to flow freely. This regenerative process is the essence of how Quantum Healing works.

On the flip side, negative thoughts are resisted by the body’s natural state and cause changes in cells, tissues and organs. Persistent negative thoughts create overwhelming resistance in the body and this resistance may be reflected in the body in the form of anxiety, fatigue, viruses and in extreme cases, cancer and other debilitating symptoms and diseases.

As a result, positive thoughts increase blood flow throughout the body whilst negative thoughts decrease blood flow. Just like a river will flow freely until it is blocked, the body naturally pumps blood to all areas of the body unless there is resistance. This resistance causes decreased blood flow to the affected areas until the resistance is removed.

Quantum Healing teaches us that where thought goes, energy flows. And this direction of energy through thought is exactly how the holistic healing process works in the body.
